1. What you're buying

Hotseat Guides are downloadable PDF playbooks published by HOTSEAT AGENCY (PTY) LTD. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is issued to your email so you can start using the Guide straight away.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a Guide isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at guides@hotseat.online with your order number and a short description of the issue and we'll work with Paddle to resolve it.
