Refund Policy

Hotseat Guides are downloadable PDF playbooks published by HOTSEAT AGENCY (PTY) LTD and sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a secure download link is issued to your email so you can start using the Guide straight away.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a Guide isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason. This is a voluntary goodwill guarantee offered in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

• The Guide is not what was described on the product page.
• You are unable to download or open the file and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• You simply changed your mind within the 14-day window.

To keep pricing low and prevent abuse, we may decline a refund where:

• the request is made more than 14 days after the order date;
• we have evidence that substantial portions of the Guide have been copied, shared or redistributed;
• the same customer has previously refunded multiple Guides and re-ordered similar content.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Because the Guides are digital content delivered immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose that statutory right of withdrawal once download begins. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee described above still applies. This does not affect any other statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

Email guides@hotseat.online with your Paddle order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
