Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the digital guides, playbooks and related downloadable content (the “Guides”) made available at www.hotseat.online (the “Service”).

The Service is operated by HOTSEAT AGENCY (PTY) LTD, a company registered in South Africa with its registered address at 14 Darling Street, Cape Town, 8001, Western Cape, South Africa. By purchasing or accessing a Guide you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Guides are downloadable PDF documents. They are informational and educational in nature and are provided “as is”.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoicing, applicable sales tax / VAT and currency conversion.

Immediately after your payment is confirmed you will receive an email containing a download link for the Guide you purchased.

Subject to your payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download and use the Guide for your own personal or internal business use (up to 10 people).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
